Two practices.
One bespoke lab.

Petite Lab Creations is a marketing and operations duo. One practice architects brands, the other rebuilds the operations behind them. Together, the two halves of what most agencies still try to do alone.

We started PLC because architecting brands and rebuilding operations deserves a calmer home than the agency model gives.

Petite Lab Creations is bespoke on purpose. Two practices, deep work for a handful of clients at a time. We don't pitch from a deck of capabilities; we step into the actual problem and stay long enough to fix it.

Each practice under PLC is its own brand with its own voice. What they share is a way of working. Diagnose carefully, design clearly, hand off cleanly.

Two practices.
One way of thinking.

Each practice operates independently, with its own clients and offers. PLC is the parent. The proof that they share a philosophy of care, craft, and clarity.

Brand · Content · Performance

A copywriter by training, with 15+ years across brand planning and performance media. Has built channel strategy, content systems, and paid media architecture for businesses across gaming, e-sports, travel, lifestyle, and consumer tech. Brings the marketing depth that turns a strong product into a brand people choose on purpose: the words, the channels, the media mix, and the commercial instinct that ties them together. Grew up across Beijing, Germany, and the US, and worked in Japan for over eight years. That cross-cultural fluency shows up in the work, especially on brands that need to land in more than one market.

Operations · Systems · Freedom

15+ years running US$30–50M franchises inside Fortune 100 companies, businesses where operations ran on systems, not on one person. MBA from CEIBS and MBTI® Certified Practitioner. Now builds the operating rhythms, handoff frameworks, and delegation systems that let founders step out of daily delivery without the company wobbling. Brings the structure, project discipline, and business-side thinking on how operations connect to revenue, capacity, and the founder's own time. Has lived across eight cities, including five-plus years working in Shanghai. That international read shows up in the work, especially with operations that have to flex across cultures, time zones, or markets.
